19th -22nd June

I was posted to broadcastasia this time round.
Stuck all by myself at hall 7 whereas lynn shus and julia were at the other side!
Well got posted to image video (canadian company) which I happily thought was italian!
Turned out really to be a small booth with just me and the boss!
He's dave rusuell.
When I see him I felt like singing 'for he's a jolly good fellow'.
Oh he really is one!
Most of the time we just sit around and chat about anything we can think of.
Very random topics from his baby to drugs to cars to food.
And I would keep staring at his face and try to imagine him as being quite cute minus off his double chin!
He actually does have a small face and kinda distinct features not mentioning those deep set bluish green eyes.
So I try to make the best out of it by picturing him with all the extra meat gone (since I was gonna face him all day)

Met a few of the people I worked with from previous years.
Like my very charming boss Oscar from the last show!
Oooh.
Omg I'm blushing upon mentioning his name!
Damn happy to meet him there again!
He's still as witty and humourous as ever =)
Not forgetting the too horny and egoistic to function Carlos.
They're both spanish BUT they are worlds apart.

All in all it was a good time working at the show.
I wouldnt even call that work.
I was basically checking out cute guys, lunching with the girls and touring around in the halls!
If only I get easy money like that all the time!

Went east coast park for a picnic with my cousins aunts uncle and granny 2 sundays ago.
Lovely weather nice settings.
Played in the sand and attempted at some crazy photoshots.
We didnt build sandcastles but did a 'portrait' of a hot babe with big boobs!
Did some cycling and blading.
Speaking of which I haven done so in years.
There was some in line skating competition cum fest going on.
So many pro skaters were there doing all that swerving here and there and intertwined actions amongst the mini cones. Steady man!
It was totally embarrassing to be blading alongside them.
Took out my blades and realise the buckles have all broke due to the long storage =(
I remembered how I used to blade along my corridor in my chung cheng blouse and pe shorts.
Damn ugly.
And how my neighbour always catch me at my unlgam moments while blading to and fro.
Ha.
The day ended with yummy food I like at the lagoon.
Stuffed myself silly with 'tau pok you char kueh' BBQ chicken wings 'orh luak' kang kong cuttlefish coconut juice. Satisfying!

Severely sunburnt! Check out the ugly tan line! It looks like I'm wearing a BEIGE singlet!

The HUGE 'or cheh' after I got hit by the bicycle pedal when I JAM-BRAKED. I can't cycle!!!

The 'or cheh' diffused into a big mass of bruise. PAIN & UGLY. People thought i got burnt by the motorbikes' exhuast.

But how often do u get to see rainbows!
I think this is probably like the 2nd or 3rd time i see one.
I like rainbows!!! pretty thing!

This is where I've been working for the past 2 weeks.
Helped out with my aunts company to cater to the fitting of uniforms for the cooks chef de parties and executive chefs of changi airport.

So many friends were excited when they heard chefs!
Thinking they're like cute and hot or whatsoever fantasies they have of chefs like jamie oliver.
But truth be told these chefs I see are not very much cute at all esp so with their aprons and bubbly shower caps.
Oh the strong food 'aroma' they carry with them was quite a turn off as well.
They're just like the normal aunties uncles we see in food courts albeit in nicer uniforms!
Well I do get a lil thrilled when i meet the dim sum chefs or japanese chefs.
Only cos I was hoping they'll bring me some food from the kitchen! HA!

Working there was a breeze. Like literally.
It was freezing cold in the room.
The only thing we need to do was to key in their orders into the system.
So the rest of the time was spent snacking and shopping at the provision shop next door(for more tidbits) + playing the games in the laptop.
We mastered free cell and spider solitaire within that 2 weeks.
Never tried those games thou they existed for the longest time in our coms.
We're pros at those games now!
No kick man! HA!
